Emotional Eating is effecting my weight loss!

I can really relate to this lady problem, I think everyone that listens to this can totally agree.

“I’ve been at this for just under two weeks. I’m about 8 lbs down which is great and I want to keep up with my strict routine and really get the weight off. But, today is an emotional day. I don’t know why I feel like I’m falling apart, but I do.
I want chocolate, I want chips and I want fast food. I want to eat my feelings and make them go away. I don’t want to face my feelings. I want to stuff them down and hide from them.
I took on a lot at once, I quit smoking and drinking coffee and starting the diet all at the same time. I guess it’s finally getting to me. I was expecting to have good days and bad days but I didn’t think that the bad days would be so hard.”
