We all have our little things that mess up our weight loss or fitness program. Some time we find our selfs doing things that just don’t make sense, and thats ok as long as we are aware of it so we can avoid these habits. Here is someone that is struggling and for some reason keeps sabotaging them self by eating bits of some foods that is triggering them to spiral out of control.
